Why monitor sub-meters?
For large facilities with high energy consumption, sub-metering enables end-users to understand how energy is being used in their building and identify areas of inefficiency. Sub-metering could also be used to monitor your tenant individual meters accurately and ensure they only pay for the energy they use.

Electricity meter reading can be collected via their MODBUS interface.
Water
Water meter readings can be collected via their pulse output or MBUS interface
Gas
Gas meter readings can be collected via pulse output or a MBUS interface
Heating/Cooling
Heat meters readings can be collected via their MODBUS/MBUS interface
